User Responsibilities

Workshop Participants

Attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate actively
Respect other participants and maintain professional conduct
Complete pre-workshop requirements and assignments when applicable
Provide feedback and evaluation to help improve future sessions

Content Usage

Use provided materials for educational and professional development only
Respect intellectual property rights and attribution requirements
Not redistribute workshop materials without explicit permission
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and frameworks

Communication Guidelines

Provide accurate contact information for event coordination
Respond promptly to scheduling and logistical communications
Report any issues or concerns through appropriate channels

Payment & Booking Terms

Workshop Fees

Payment required in advance for workshop registration
Fees include all materials, resources, and follow-up support
Group discounts available for organizations with multiple participants
Special rates for educational institutions and non-profit organizations

Cancellation Policy

Full refund available up to 7 days before workshop date
50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before workshop
No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of workshop
Rescheduling allowed once without penalty, subject to availability

Corporate Engagements

Custom pricing based on scope, duration, and requirements
50% deposit required upon contract signing
Remaining balance due upon completion of services
Travel and accommodation expenses separate from service fees

Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership

All workshop materials, methodologies, and frameworks remain our intellectual property
Participants receive limited license for personal and professional use
No reproduction or commercial distribution without written permission

User-Generated Content
